from tier2 with 4 yoe got role with hft but they are just paying 34base based on prev CTC for software dev role (quant role and dev role ctc are different in hfts ?) Also bonus is kept discretionary so no idea wt Will be bonus

Look, if you want to get the best, you need to prepare for the best. First learn c++ or Java, then start learning DSA go to www.interviewbit.com/courses/programming/ This page is full of interview related questions that is categorised topic wise. You need to go topic by topic, first learn that topic by watching videos on youtube, solving some (30-40) questions on GFG and then come back to interviewBit and solve the questions of that module.

Its not true ki sirf iitians ko hi lete hai. They can accept you but you have to prove that you are better than iitians. Its really tough.

This is not true. In fact my next interview is with a student from IIT Guwahati who got into graviton and he is from electrical branch So his rank is somewhere near 1800

Gpa for quadeye is > 8.5. For rest >7. But you usually have to be in jee top 500 ranks to compensate for gpa if you don't have good gpa.

Off-campus is the only way. Also, you have to improve your CV. High CP rating and some projects in Trading will help you to get some referrals and hence interviews.

@@soumyaranjangumansingh9080 Only IT sector has high paying jobs unless you are a govt officer😅 I can’t list all the companies name because the list has lots of names but if you talk about big tech giants then Amazon, Microsoft, Sprinklr, Google allows all branches

Good, but for financial freedom even in India 10-15 crore ( counting inflation) plus may be right number provided one works in these HFT firms for atleast 10 years !

If in first year they get 1 cr In fifth year they would be getting more than 2 CR. So if you consider linear growth then also they will make 7.5 Cr in 5 years, that is 1 million doller and that is the money required for financial freedom.

@@MohanIITG yes and for that one has to be good all the time in developing trading strategies which are sustainable irrespective of whether markets are volatile or not as in recent years due to covid volatility was too high(Due to which almost most HFTs generated high revenue). Otherwise year end bonus may go down in following years!

No for financial freedom You need 25 times of your yearly expense. Let us consider you spend 2 lakh per month(Just expenses no investment included) so your yearly expenses are 24 lakhs then you need 6 crore for financial freedom

Full stack developer comes under Software Developer. Software developer is the super set of everything front end + backend + mobile. And there is no limit on earning. one can earn crores with no limit.

It's not LP'A’ to be honest but the figures seem true. I have a friend with similar pay at tower research (slightly lesser than this) Its not per annum though. They consider bonuses of multiple years + stocks vested over 4 years into the Lpa calculation.

Sorry to disappoint you i know these companies pay really great Ever heard of game genshin impact One of his founder earn 2-3 cr in day So that's how u become financially independent

In India Financially Independent means you need to earn 4-5 crores. After that you can put those money 50% in FD and 50% in Mutual Funds and get 12% average return on FD. These income will give you 2 lakh per month and that is enough to survive here. After that you can spend you entire life without doing any job. That is what financially Independence means.
