Hi Chantal. Thank you so much for visiting Texas a couple of weeks ago. I am still experiencing the powerful residual from your presence, your prayers, preaching, teaching and prophesying. I love your channel. I also absolutely love the 5 things you mentioned we should do before/as we fast. Making a list before fasting was one of the ones that stuck out the most for me. While making that list, I would add: 1) Through Prayer: At the beginning, ask God what He wants our intention and focus to be on as we fast. 2) Through Prayer: Ask God to bring to mind the people He wants us to pray for, as we fast. 3) Through Prayer: Ask God to help us to determine the best time to fast and to help us to be successful in the fast He calls. Amen.

I prayed about this today because i was lead by the Spirit of the Lord to do 40 day Daniel fast and its now 34th day, The fast really made me get closer to God as I sacrificed my work and fleshy pleasures to truly know God on a greater level and also for the deliverance for me , my family and friends. And everything was going well but since recently, i found my self breaking the fast before time , breaking the rules of the fast of which the Holy spirit gave me and even went back into the same sin i was trying to get delivered from. The devil has truly been tempting and attacking me like crazy but i won't give up until i receive my breakthrough! And this word truly Got me back together into doing what the Lord told me todo Correctly! Thankyou so much Chantal this word rescued me May God bless you !💕🙏🏾

Sister Chantal is right i.e. when you fast that is when all forms of temptations creep into your mind/heart so you have pray, pray and pray , otherwise you are just starving yourself for nothing. Be blessed!
