"Cook them until they're... cooked" followed with "check if you're pasta's done by... eating some" absolutely killed me off today bruv. 10/10 content. Also, that first dish is beaut - I added red prepper and spring onion. Unreal. Xx

Whilst not aimed at this audience, your cooking videos are one of the best resources for ADHD. There is often a complex relationship with ADHD and nutrition, with executive disfunction, poor time management and planning usually fucking us over into awful habits. Finding good resources to learn easy recipes that can be cheap and have a good assortment of macro and micros and be ADHD friendly is a bloody mission. Really appreciate your videos. Simple ingredients with little prep, little skill and easy to cook in a batch and store away is amazing at helping combat that bad relationship. Thank you! Keep up the good mahi

@@havrij5596 you clearly haven't got ADHD if you are saying that, if you don't have something you don't understand the struggles, ADHD makes it very hard to cook meals that have to many ingredients, we just want simple, well i certainly do as it just makes it easier to make and it isn't so overwhelming

This type of videos are super helpful, I'm doing myself some of the old recipes frequently. 2 tips with the rice: - Wash your rice before cooking. It might look stupid, but it makes the difference. More loose, better "touch" in your mouth (sorry, English is not my first language) - If you cook your rice "paella" style, do not stir. Doing that provoques starch comes out the rice, resulting in more sticky rice. Is not a problem if you do something like a risotto, but is something to bear in mind.

Just a bit advice for any pasta recipe. Always add rock salt and wait for the water to boil. Always add a little water to whatever you are putting your pasta onto. It infuses the flavours together and is used in most traditional recipes
