Kimchi Fried Rice Ingredients:
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup kimchi juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 cups cooked rice (short/medium grain)
- 3 tbsp gochujang (mild)
- 2 tsp roasted sesame oil
Garnish (optional):

Cowabunga! I missed the mixy mix song and dance too! I really want to like kimchee, I have it in ramen and I love it, but I have it in restaurants and Korean grocery stores and I don't like it. I don't understand, I like sourkrout and spicy food, so I should like the spicy sour combo.

Awwww I didn’t think people would notice the mixy mix song lol sometimes I forget xD i agree, find that some restaurants don’t ferment their kimchi long enough so it’s not as tangy and simply tastes salty. I LOVE SAUERKRAUT TOO!! Sad that Costco removed the unlimited sauerkraut station cause I love a side of hot dog with mine!

It’s $16 CAD for 1 litre! I think it’s a good deal, apparently won the world olive oil completion LOL Terra delyssa is the brand! I use it for cooking or drizzling hehe makes me feel a little healthier than using vegetable oil xD

CRACKALACKINGGGG!! YOU NOTICED!! I was gonna talk about it but then I’m like no one would care lol the finger is still sore, nerves are still healing not fully healed, I have a scar :( I’m trying to reduce the scar with silicon strips, but slowly healing day by day. I’m actually surprised how I even continued filming that video lol it was a deep cut I now realize

@@lookcatchu Oh no, of course we care. Sometimes I forgot about it, but every now and then I noticed the band-aid again and was like "bloody hell, how isn't that healed yet?!". Looking at my own hands: the worst of many cuts was to the bone and it healed in two weeks. Don't worry too much about the scar, my worst one faded away over time. The cut to the bone was with a japanese kitchen knife, very clean, no scar, lol. It seems the skin on fingers renews itself a lot. You are such trooper for pushing onward :')

That makes me happy, mine luckily wasn’t cut to the bone, however it was sideways, so it made a meat flap LOL I’ll give you the scoop on how the accident happened: the fennel was about it to fall off the counter so I went to reach it with both hands with the knife still in my right hand and it caught my left index finger 😭 next time I’ll let the fennel just drop
