Dynamic seasons (winter, summer, autumn, spring). Going to a partially melted ambarino or riding through Roanoke ridge during fall color season would be amazing.

Character customization. Because Red Dead Online is so awful. You can't even have a camp without paying for it in Red Dead Online.

I accidentally hopped on William’s horse instead of my own after I finished his quest. Despite me getting off immediately, he came at me with a knife without hesitation 😂 I understand this is quite common.
