Definitely the cowboy getting on the horse with the little girl is a flashback to when the bombs fell. If you look in the background, you’ll see skylines and skyscrapers crumbling, meaning it’s likely under attack via nuclear bombs. I would suspect that cowboy and the ghoul are the same person.

1:08 Dude, the Mongerels, Super Mutant Hound, and Creation Club Content in Fallout 4 and just straight up Fallout Shelter luck have more than just German Shepherds. You can get pitbulls, huskies, labs, and a variety more dogs in those two games as I don't know about 76's dogs

Sadly, I don't have Prime Video, so I won't get a chance to see it, yet. But I do know this. Because it's an original story and not adapting any of the stories from the games, fallout fans shouldn't compare it TOO MUCH to the games. Especially since each game has branching storylines based on character choices.

If the show is set after the events of new Vegas then maybe the western chapter of the BOS were forced to change their ways and became a branch of the NCR military

I am not the biggest fallout expert, hell I still haven't gone past the first town in New Vegas, but considering the games have multiple endings does any of them have to be canon? like in fallout 76 you can become a Mistress of Mystery but I doubt that order is still around a hundred something years later. things can be mentioned here and there but after time passes stories change with perspective, unless you were there to see it happen.

well i think its safe to say that ppl shouldnt be surprise much if the tv show ends up either ignoring fallout games history or simply wipe the slate clean to created their own history especially if it goes well(wonder if there be different characters in seasons or just separate by show like TWD) . btw im not sure if i saw correctly and forgot where i saw it but Tom Howard didnt say that the tv show is like fallout 5, right? cause i dont think fallout players will love that. Also i think its possible that we only seeing a german shepherd dog due to how ppl reacted to dog showing up in fallout 4.

only is not German Shepard but Belgian Malinois , why would a Knight in T-60 Power Armour throw its wepon run away from a Mutant Bear ?? and then the same bear killd by a single shot in the head from pistol ????? that was very idiotic in the series .

Kinda getting sick of these tv shows piggybacking on epic game series and then wanting to ignore lore for the producers own ego/huberious. Producer: well I want to make it my vision Fans: we already have alot of clear vision, we don't give a damn about yours, follow the script set out that WE LIKED AND PAID FOR in the games! If not for the fans, YOU would NOT have this platform!

I like the show well enough, but I know OF the game , but nothing about it. I am sure players will hate it like they always do. On another channel I read HALO players hating on that show, mostly because you see Master Chief's face so much. But the game is action, so he has a helmet, is he to wear it in a shower? On the can? Fitness room and bed? Get real. So although I am enjoying Fallout, I am sure it will get trashed.

if I found it unreasonable to have Lucy fall in love for the black guy and have a trans in the movie. The trans - a weakling- would be dead before joying brother of steel, anyhow they don't accept anyone who is different, like a trans. Lucy a girl that was raised like a princess to fall for black guy is unrealistic. Or maybe, its was just to prove she is naive, just like other times after she got out of the vault.that I can accept.

To answer the potential question as to why they would ignore Fallout: New Vegas. All of the Fallout games were produced by Bethesda except for Fallout: New Vegas. This particular game was produced by the game developers of Obsideon and released by Bethesda. Since, Bethesda owns the rights to the franchise. The company can say what is cannon or not. Fallout: New Vegas as been a thorn in Bethesda's side since it racked more players or money than the previous games before it. Even though, the fan base considers this game to be cannon, Bethesda will not recognise it.

Well, not all were develop by Bethesda. 1 was dev by Interplay and 2 was by Black Isle, from were many devs landed later on Obsidian. Beth owns the franchise but the tone of the series changed drastically by the 3r game, when Beth took over. I hope the show be good, but if Beth is in charge of the lore, there will be little to none about the original Fallout in it.

@@estudiordl I know what you mean but like how Halo is owned by Microsoft. Anything that relates to a game has mostly a representative of the company dictating what is requested. However, it is not usually what many players or fans want for those who are fans of the lore. It is mostly an attention grabbing ploy to make people want to play their games because they liked the movie or Tv show
