Did those choices affect Fallout 4 in any way? Do your choices in 3 matter to NV? Every Fallout game has done this and the show is no different

It’s always relevant. Just because the show comes out doesn’t mean the history of Fallout is erased. It’s important to the lore.

Either way you watch prime video or not. The price will still be the same for shipping. Most companies provide free shipping at $9.99 or $14.99 monthly just for free shipping alone. Amazon makes you pay that but includes other things. If Amazon wanted they could charge just for shipping subscription for 19.99 monthly. Shipping is costly not cheap
