In my experience as a counselor, kids sometimes resort to activities such as borrowing, usurping and stealing if parents don't acquiesce to their demands. They start arguing, fighting and harbouring a grudge against parents for depriving them of things that their friends have and are easily affordable by parents.

I m Lucky and happy maine appne bacho ke saat aisa kuch nhi kiya...Jo baatie aapne kahi...positively mere bacho m h...meri 13 saal ki beti business minded h..uski pasand study nhi h maine usko kabhi force nhi kiya itni choti age usne stitching sikhi or bhout acha kaam kar rehi or saat m study bhi kar rehi h...bacho ko kabhi compare nhi karna chahiye....And u r right ki bacho ko kuch chahiye to kyu chahiye ye clear hona chahiye....aajkal ke bache bhout demanding h par samaj nhi h...isliye parent's ko hi samajna hoga...And one thing more bacho ko kabhi over loving na rakhe..
