Is that function 7 LCA? Was curious to know at sway bar u have on? I want that simple look as well I have a full function 7 kit but I’m looking for a sway bar

Did you use the 626 nut for the rear or front axles

Pretty straight forward. Now did you have to switch anything around? Or put left caliper in right side?

Sickassly S the caliper is upside down and was very hard to bleed

Hey good afternoon luv the video I have I have the 99 CRV front spindle with brake and rotor. Rsx type s axles because I'm k swap my question is I need the RSX rear caliper bracket or front.? And I also understand I need the Prelude brake pads and Prelude rear brake caliper.? And also the Mazda 6 2 6 axle nut is for the back or front axle.? Thank you so much. Really? Appreciate it.

Luscien Harris glad to hear! Used the rsx caliper bracket for just the rear and the 626 nut for just the rear on this set up. Used the whole front spindle complete with the brakes and everything on the front. Not sure how it would go with a k swap parts but probably similar. Also used integra type r rotors and prelude pads and calipers you can order them straight from rock auto or auto parts store also.

I believe you’re referring to the Mazda 626 axle nut? Same size but just shorter.

HAITHAM RAHIM seeing as the 91-96 we’re still in 4 lug configuration probably use only the 5th gen 96-01 prelude with 5 lug. And yes or crv calipers and you can use also get type r pads as well.

Rafael Miravete maybe but probably you’d have to research if they’re compatible and which ones. But you could always get the type r rotors from autozone or rock auto or something.

meismike92 I’ve been researching and apparently rotors are same as itr ones. Also, you used prelude calipers on itr rotors, so, rotors seem to be the same. Thoughts?

@@rafaelmiravete4346 probably then brake pads are the same. only thing is you would need rsx caliper brackets to mount the caliper.

Can you feel the weight difference or see any difference in handling or any other change ?

Not my car it’s my buddies but it’s basically a big brake upgrade and he said it’s a noticeable difference and really enjoys it. Not much on weight change. But the bigger wheels and smaller tires were noticeable in ride quality. Still enjoys though. He has some pretty good tires on it says it still feels like it’s on rails lol
