5 MIN PILATES CORE WORKOUT | at home pilates workout (no equipment)
In this workout we work the deep core muscles as well as other abdominal muscles that are often missed this workout is great for all levels (it goes a little longer than 5 minutes) 💕

I am offering online group & private classes! The group classes will be every Monday and Friday at 19:00 (Berlin Time) Classes are both 60min long AND GROUP CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED IF YOU MISS ONE💕💕

GROUP CLASSES ARE ALSO RECORDED IF YOU MISS A CLASS!
| MONDAY | Flexibility Yoga Flow (Vinyasa + Yin Yoga) 19:00-20:00
| WEDNESDAY | Yoga/Pilates Flow 19:00-19:40
| FRIDAY | Ballet Workout 19:00-20:00
*All classes are on Berlin Time.

Offering a range of classes from jumping/rotations, spinning, ballet, yoga, pilates, spiral & flexibility training. Classes range from 30min, 40min, 45min & 50min 60min. Whatever time and day.

| ONLINE FIGURE SKATING CLASS |
Offering lessons on jumps, spins, choreography, choreo polishing, skating skills and tricks (spirals, split jumps, etc.)
How it works:
With my obstbot tripod, my phone can follow my movements on the ice, so you are able to see what I am doing during the lesson.

It's prob gonna be useful only for you and very few people, but along with my frogs crunches, yoga routine and stuff, standing ab wheel (it can be weighted too) saves me a lot of time - i never thought of keeping my legs straight lol, ty!
