INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR UPMA MIX:
2 CUPS SOOJI
3 TBSP DESI Ghee
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
4 -6 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Chana Dal
1 tsp Dhuli Urad Dal
2 Tbsp Peanuts
7 -8 Cashews
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE UPMA
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 Onion
1 inch Ginger
5 -6 Beans
1 Carrot
2 Green Chillies
1 Cup Matar
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
6 Cups Water
2 -3 Green Green Chillies
5 -6 Curry Leaves
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 Lemon Juice
Coriander Leaves for flavour and garnish.
