you totally missed out on a great fan theory, by none other than The Game Theorists, where they posit that endermen are actually evolved humans that got trapped in the end, and evolved from having nothing to eat but chorus fruit. it is a pretty great one.

I like the theory the enderman were the ones who built the old world of minecraft. Mineshafts, strongholds, dessert and jungle temples. They're the only other thing in the game that can pick up blocks. I assume they might have been humans at one point and they were experimenting at the stronghold. Whatever they did could have turned all humans into Endermen.

A theory that I’ve heard is that there was probably a war between humans and PigMen, which then led to biological warfare, resulting in the zombie apocalypse of both races.

No I think that a lot of people including me think the nether is under the OVERWORLD and if it’s a spherical planet (witch it kinda has to be) then that explains the entire nether, why it has a bedrock roof, why 8 blocks there is one in the overworld, and why there’s lava.

You forgot GameTheories' take on what the Endermen are. He describes that in his theory the endermen were once humans. To me that is the biggest theory out there and makes the most sense.

A theory by game theory: the endermen were the ones that left behind the abandoned structures to go to the end to escape the monsters but became prisoner to the ender dragon, after generations of eating chorus fruit, and building the structures there with what they had, over generations of doing this, they lost the ability to talk and can pick up blocks as the only mob that can do so, their noises are distorted words, grew taller to pick chorus fruit, one of their noises is "look for the eye" and after defeating the ender dragon you get the achievement "freeing the end"

MatPat made a cool theory based on the endermen and I have to say, he makes a lot more sense than these other 5 theories

I think the player being kind of a boss mob makes sense. You are very destructive, you completely conquer the land and all its inhabitants and then go on the destroy your competition and conquer the other two realms.

I like the last theory the most because it's is the most plausible. Nothing you do actually matters because everything will end eventually.

The enderman evolved from humans because they got trapt in the ender portal (thats why there are buildings in the ender realm) and by killing the ender dragon you safe all the enderman (who hopefully turn back into humans)

Given that we can make villagers breed, that the animals don't breed w/o our helping and that they don't repair their houses when damaged while we build everything... Not to mention the whole 'every time you die, you wake up.' where nothing else ever does that.

Two things you missed is 1 the enderman actually are evolved people, and the the creepers are actually plants

We evolved and live in a simulation and Minecraft is a tool to prepare us for being introduced into real life, where everything is an ultra high tech Utopia, and we can use VR to create worlds. That would make Minecraft the training wheels for entering a civilization with God-like technology, or maybe even a digitized civilization that shed their weak meat bodies billions of years ago.

U know what's weird. Enderman are in the nether, overworld, and end. So they were here the whole time. And there are a lot of enderman in the end. So they basically invaded the area.

The Nether is Hell.. And the End is purgatory. The endermen are humans who have been trapped there for a long time by the Enderdragon who presides over the realm.

The sun will actually turn into a solid. In a few million years, the sun will start to expand, likely to about jupiter's orbit. When it reaches it's maximum size, it will implode and turn into a white dwarf. After the new white dwarf burns all of it's fuel away, it'll cool down and be a big blob of iron, called a black dwarf
