Handwashing dishes, almost always, wastes a ton of water. Dishwashers are incredibly efficient. One cycle of a dishwasher uses the same amount of water as a faucet uses in just two minutes, which is maybe enough time to properly clean one pan/pot. Also, the water temperature that dishwashers use is much higher than you can comfortably handle, so your dishes are actually being cleaned/sanitized properly. That being said, things like cast-iron skillets and delicate glassware do need to be hand washed...and then, by all means.

I tried that. In the beginning it was fine when he got around d certain groups of people my clothes that I donated to hi. Went to waste. Tennis shoes and all Brand new. I Siad I'll never make that mistake ever again

It’s like you read my mind re: the dishes. In my NYC apartment, I used to let dishes pile up in the sink until it was time to run the dishwasher (icky!). But for some reason, when I was at my Florida home for the winter, I started getting a lot more mindful about washing everything before bed (in between my skin care steps). It really does something for the mind, as if you are making mental space for important things. Clutter and neglected chores weighed me down and made me obsessed about the fact that they were there, to the point where I could not summon the mental focus to remediate these issues (not sure if that makes any sense). The net result was that I was mentally exhausted by these things and they were a distraction. Chaos begets chaos and I’ve learned that it’s best to just nip it in the bud.

Totally agree with the dirty dishes in the sink at night! I do a lot of our cooking and can’t stand dishes in the sink. Cooks need to remember to clean up after making a meal. In fact the dishwasher is running right now. 😆

A ritual I like is folding laundry in the morning after I wake up. Cup of coffee. Some chill music. Takes about 6 or 7 minutes to fold a load. Time to get woke up.

As far as the quick home workout goes, a set of resistance bands can work wonders. I used them all the time during lock down and can vouch for their effectiveness. And they are super easy to store as they take up almost no room at all. Great vid as usual John.

I still wash dishes by hand too, John! Been in this house 19 years and can count on one hand the number of times I’ve used the dishwasher (maybe two hands but point is we rarely ever use the dishwasher). Keep up the great content.

John, you may have mentioned this before. Always have one casual and one dress outfit available..cleaned and pressed (or steamed). Literally takes 5-10 minutes a week!!

Exactly! I was going to add this to the video, and that was to take a few minutes and iron or steam a few shirts at a time. That way you always have something ready to go.

Thank you for another great video. Interestingly, I follow most, if not all, of these suggestions. There's nothing like a made bed, right? Your exercise comments were on point. Doing a little consistently is better than overdoing it sporadically. If I may, I would add a pull-up bar to any routine as it is extremely efficient and effective and requires very little time to do.

Proper red/infrared light LED and Laser, consumer versions especially, usually leave out a crucial element, and that is distance between light and body. That panel has a variable distance, so cannot be depended on. Other factors are power, frequency, power level, wave form, duty cycle - are you sure you have them all right? I doubt it. I don't know of any consumer red light products that are "FDA Approved." (They often mention FDA, but NOT "Approved."
