This morning I woke up feeling a bit low and I did this and honestly, it really improved my mood! It's a great routine to wake up the body and super easy to do, I did it in bed!

I did this routine after some additional stretching, this was my favorite! I’m going to try doing this routine every morning, whenever I wake up early enough to do so! It feels nice on the body :) thank you! Your voice is soothing and kind.

have any ulnar nerve entrapment help videos? or advice? I saw a tweet you made on twitter and about scrolling on phone. i believe i have it, fingers are fine no pain or numbness. however, my left elbow i feel nerve is entrapped. Limits range of motion when doing prayer position pushing hands down.

I don’t currently have any classes up for ulnar nerve compression however one great way to get some relief and promote healing and refrain from further damage (if any already) is to floss the nerve. One way you can do this is to hold your arm straight out in front of you so your wrist is online with the shoulder and palm facing up. Take your opposite hand and use it to draw your fingers down so your palm will begin to face forward rather than up if that makes sense while keeping your wrist still in line with the shoulder. From here you can begin to lean your head back. So this is almost as if you’re pulling the nerve from both ends and creating that space. Leaning the head back is optional. You should do this for about a minute- 3 minutes at least 2-3 times a day. Aside from that this area takes a long time to heal for some. I have issues with mine due to phone and computer usage and have begun to use a wrap to keep my arm straight I am fully learning to use my left hand while my right arm heals. If you continue to bend your arm Or continuing to do what caused it in the first place you will not find any really increase in healing. So nerve flossing(there’s tons of videos on youtube you can search up) and wrap that arm! Be patient ❤️🙏🏼😊

Yoga With Bird Thank you so much for the quick response and detailed reply. I will give that a try and continue to look up nerve glides and flossing. I’m glad others out there have some experience with this because there’s not much out there on the Internet on this exact issue. I know the day before my elbow hurt I worked a long shift at computer and went home and played Xbox for a long period of time and went to bed with my arm bent under the pillow. I woke up to my elbow pulsing. The posing for the most part has gone away however I still have tightness in my elbow.

III Eagle III totally fixable 😊 avoid bending the arm as much as possible and if you’re at a computer sit a little further back for your arm reaches straight for the mouse or keyboard. Have patience it’ll heal up ❤️😊
