Aside from making ornaments or earrings, what do people do with lace embroidery?

You can use lace as gift toppers and bookmarks. Doilies can also be used as applique on clothing or home decor items. We have combined different Battenberg doilies into individual hand embroidery hoops, then assembled them on a wall as a collage.

I wish you would identify the designs you show. The bee in the flowers was gorgeous but I couldn’t find it on the website.

If I am embroidering on squares for a quilt, do I embroider thru all three layers or just on the topper? I really found your video informative and hope you will be doing more! Thanx

Hi Donna! That would depend on the designs in question. For our double run and quilting designs yes - you would be able to stitch through fabric, batting, and back.
