There's an amazing enchantment called Laccolith Rig that makes it so when the enchanted creature becomes blocked, it deals damage equal to its power to any other creature, but doesn't deal combat damage that turn. Notably this is under the control of the person who enchanted the creature, NOT the creature's controller, and it happens before even first strike damage can occur. You can use an opponent's creature as essentially a kill spell by chump blocking it forever.

I run Injector Crocodile as fixing in my initiative deck. Despite having 31 creatures, you would be surprised how often I whiff when digging 10 deep off the last room.
