With no agent, we bought a dirt lot from a builder. All your points are spot on. We did read contract, but regret not going through process with an agent.

So do you feel like the drive/community on the way to Verrado has improved? I resonate with what you're saying. Would hate for friends to drive over from the airport and be questioning our decision to move haha
