The traffic here is crazy (though not as nuts as CA) but definitely wilder than where I'm from in Oregon. There are alot of cars and they drive fast and close. Everone sliding back and forth across lanes randomly with no turn signals. After driving here for several years, now I go back to visit Oregon, I get frustrated with all the pokey drivers. 😂

I might have missed it, but I don't think you mentioned that Texas has no state income tax. For most people that can more than make up the difference in property tax, especially with higher incomes.

Born and raised in Arizona. It’s harder for us from here to look for a new home because the growth in people moving to our state has made space harder. We were never this packed. But hopefully this video helps the O.G residents who are looking to change scenery but not leave the state.

They do have assigned locations, but you can ask for a variance here because it’s open enrollment. So as long as there is space then there’s a possibility for them to change.

I’m have a 1 acre horse property with large home. Has fright parking area. Right off Yuma rd and 303 and i10 got spot only property this size available and next to shopping and access close to new Costco

Texas is 95 percent private property. You can't do anything without paying someone to use their property. that's why the malls fill up on the weekends because it's cool inside and there's no place else to go. Also property taxes are like crack to the state of Texas they just can't get enough. They've lost their frickin minds on property taxes.Yes they do not have state income tax but when you charge somebody 500.00 a month property tax on a 30 thousand dollar house they've compensated 10 times over. It's humid as hell and there are diseases in Texas found no where else on earth. Arizona is a much prettier state with all the mountains and the Grand canyon and the people are cooler and the girls are prettier in Phoenix. No contest here.

I lived in both and LOVE Arizona. Texas is flat and not nearly as beautiful.
