Chris really nailed it with the passive income strategies, especially the part about leveraging digital products. For entrepreneurs looking to apply this, remember that creating evergreen content around your digital products can significantly boost passive sales, as it continues to attract and educate potential customers over time without additional effort.

Something I like about Chris Do is that he teach us and show that a designer can also have sales skills and not just do design. Making it possible to increase how much we can get for our services and products. Sadly in my country, Portugal, Design isn't seen as something serious ike enginnering. Getting a decent job and salary in this field is very hard for now. Hopefully it will change.

This whole video made me make my own illustration of passive income from Chris’s white board. but just to keep things simple, in order to buy more time it would be better to slip “connections” in the equation aswell, in order to leverage your business and get dat extra time, when you grow you need skilled people who you can trust to deal your issues and also they can trust you so that way there would be a win-win. I’m still learning alot from you and other finance/business channels so thank you🙏🙏🙏

Not to throw a monkey wrench into your plans but too often many small businesses promote the best worker to management and they fail. You have to realize that management and being a rockstar worker are completely different skillsets. This can easily become an issue with resentment and falling productivity for the group.

So, here's the major issue I'm facing. It's not about the quality of work or the potential to build relationships with skilled individuals; rather, it's the challenge of replicating the combination of quality and speed. My clients are accustomed to lightning-fast responses, consistently tight turnarounds, and a premium level of work. Whenever I seek assistance on a project segment, the back-and-forth communication, along with the additional time required by the other artist, is significantly greater than the time it would take me to produce the work. The proposed solution would be to extend the deadline from 5-7 business days to 15 business days+, but that's simply not realistic given the industries I work in. Do you have any advice on how to address this issue?

if you pay more for higher quality talent, people who are actually better than you, you might be able to pull this off. the bigger question is, do you prefer to be in a business/vertical that has such demanding turn around schedules? it must be stressful.

Just to build on some information in the video (which is great by the way). The reason a stock goes up over the long term is based on its opportunity for growth and generating additional revenue. Over the short term (1-12 months roughly, but sometimes longer) the stock market is a voting machine. Generally the reason a stock goes up and down over the long term is based on the financial health and prospects of the business itself. So this is why tech stocks are volatile. It is easier for them to take advantage of new opportunities due to there being low barriers to enter new markets and such. I'm studied this personally and it made a huge difference to my investments and returns since making this shift in my strategies, so hopefully this can help others to invest better in future too.

David, thank you for asking this question. I've had the benefit of a few things happening in my life which have really helped me grow. 1. starting a business in 1995 (in my early 20s). lots of real world experience working as a director/designer in advertising. 2. hiring a business coach (13+ years) in the early 2000s 3. Teaching at ArtCenter/Otis for 15+ years 4. Producing content since 2014 5. Reading a ton of books 6. Interviewing thought leaders on my Podcast 7. Being crazy curious and observing things

Regarding "you're leaving and taking clients with you," we usually have an NDA that prevents such behaviour. In such a situation, you can pay a fine or wait (up to one year) ...but no client will wait that long for you, no matter how good you are.

Yura, I'd probably say engage with the people that comment on your videos. Build relationships with your favourites. You might be able to get gigs taking photos for advertising and marketing material. There might be various sawdust that comes from this too that you could monetise.
