My list is pretty similar. I get headaches looking at bright screens so reading on a e-ink screen was a game changer. I prefer kobo readers myself because they support comic book cbz files. Another tech I like is an over bed table. On days when I'm too sick to be out of bed I can at least do a few things from bed using that table.

Wow you have really used tech well, and what an interesting background you’ve had so far! I was a 7-8th grade math and English teacher til I had health issues, then did substituting for a couple years ( loved it!) for the flexibility. Then had to go out on disability…tech stuff is fascinating to me but I don’t use it much, except basic stuff on my IPhone and videos on my older IPad. Now I see why you gave up paper lists, “ tech” is so much more useful. I also don’t have a Kindle, while amazed by all its uses your description made my brain start to fog over, sorry ( absolutely not your fault). I enjoyed this video, BTW the B. melanochrysum is looking fantastic 🌱😱😊

Thanks! Takes a teacher to spot a teacher eh??🤣 Even though I love tech - it's not just for tech's sake. I absolutely think there are many instances - especially recently, where tech is being used despite it being inferior to other methods. Like automated tills in shops - or trying to pay for car park fees. I spent about 30 minutes once trying to download an app, then registering for it, then inputting my credit card details and so on - yet in the past I could have simply paid a guy sat in a box! (And I don't know the plant you mention - could it be the Beg. melanobullata?)

But I do love looking things up, I really wish I had that available when I was growing up! Oh did you ever post things from Malta? 🤔

⁠@@Grow_Up_Man55 wow ANS the pics online if Malra look lovely My friend (originally from NYC, last few years in Belgium) is now traveling thru southern Morocco. I so wish I was up for traveling, maybe next year, but here in US. I very much want to go to a specialist nursery in Connecticut, Logee’s, ( about 3 hours away), and the NY Bronx and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. So until then I look at interesting videos online, Only Plants has been doing some wonderful ones from growers and shows in Japan and Indonesia. 🌿🪴
