Critical catch works for legendaries and it doesn’t have to be the smallest circle on catch. You can critical catch by throwing it in the middle of the Pokemon whether it’s a nice throw or a regular curveball.

bro my second encounter from gbl was a shiny articuno with 13a 14d 13hp ivs i was actualy tweaking being that its not only hard for me to get the 3wins requierd hence it being my second encounter but for it to be a shiny too was absolutley insane

Critical catch does work on legendary Pokémon I did it on yveltal

You got a regular critical capture, not a perfect throw critical capture. A regular critical capture has a 1% chance on any throw, it is not a guaranteed catch, but it only does 1 probability check (instead of 3), which greatly increases your odds of catching it. On the other hand, if you throw the smallest possible excellent throw, it is considered a "perfect throw" and that has a 100% chance of catching the pokémon, but it can only be done on non-legendaries.

Today i caught a shiny legendary from a pvp rewards, if there's only 4% (or 1/25) chance to get it from here plus 1/20 shiny rate for most of legendaries, does it mean i have 1/500 shiny rate legendary now?

I call bs on that 4% encounter chance for legendary in pvp, last go battle weekend i got every encounter trying to get a tapu fini with iv's low enough for gl but i got 0, think about that, thats 40 encounters and 0 appeared, if the odds are 4/100 rounded down thats 1/25 odds and not once did i get one after 40 encounters.

Jessie and James appeared later than February 2021 - that fact incorrect - please check the facts before presenting them. I only re started playing the game in July ‘21 and they came with Shadow Scyther and Pinsir in the September/October of ‘21.

Pokestop fact is totally wrong. Daily limit is 2400. There is no weekly limit. I was making a platinum medal (spin 50000 pokestops) recently. I did about 2000 spins per day for more than a week.

These two updated that happened this month doesn't work. I was doing a little research about this and it seems like the app does not work for Androids

Probably need a better android. It doesn't work well on the budget phones. Get a Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer (gotta be a s model, not the A or F models they don't work well) or a pixel 6 or newer.
