Frozen pina coladas. I make them any time there's a party at my place. I just freeze tinned pineapple in advance then whizz it up in a blender with lime, coconut cream and rum. Or I make 2 batches and leave the rum out of one so kids can have it too and I find they like sharing the same stuff as the adults. So easy, not super pricey either, the coconut cream can be but overall a pitcher last time using the expensive coconut cream cost maybe £10 including the alcohol (and there was A LOT of alcohol in there). Never fails to get sooo many compliments. and I don't particularly pay attention to measurements just play it by ear.

Though all of these cockltails look & sound great, the only one who did everything right was the 2nd chef. The one who made the Kombucha mocktail. Proper technique, measured out ingredients, proper garnishes, presentation, & proper knowledge. Again the others weren't bad. It would just be cool too see more real bartenders with a platform to do this right.
