OMG! This house is absolutely stunning! It has the perfect balance of light and dark decor and the landscaping is perfection!

Compared with the homes in this price range and size in Las Vegas, this house is one of the few I've seen which is warm, inviting and livable. The others are just monstrosities (example : 2738 Carina Way and Blue Heron's VM001) to show off opulence .

Most modern families have 4 people. You'd lose the kids in about 15 minutes and you'd never even realize it. The floor plan reminds me of a ride in Disneyland...turning corners all the time.

As stunning as these desert homes are, what precautions are taken re poisonous snakes, scorpions, etc? All that beautiful open space that retains the heat of the day is exactly what the snakes seek out during the very chilly nights.
