The dining room off the kitchen wasn’t the formal dining room. The room with the pool table was the formal dining room. However I liked their casual setup and the detail of the house such the moulding was great!

Absolutely GORGEOUS HOME ❤🏠 but not what I'm looking for.... I'm looking for a modern home (minimalist/brutalist/Blue Heron like architecture) of older build that I can use as a live/work art studio. I'll actually be using it to paint/ work in so some of these homes are just too nice. I'd ruin them. I need plenty of light preferably with a skylight and I'd love to have a courtyard.

@@chakits1 $3.5M list price negotiated down to $3.25M makes more sense for this but even then that’s steep. It’s only listed at a high price because it has a large lot and most houses unfortunately in the area were built based off greed so backyards have no privacy or just enough land to take ten steps before you hit the property line
