Thank you for this man it was very helpful! I am currently a BT in a clinic that provides In clinic, In home, and In school ABA Therapy. I am waiting to complete my Initial Competency Assessment with one of the supervisors and hoping to apply to take the exam soon. I have become more interested in the ABA Field and knowing it’s not many black men in this field of work, it is nice to hear advice from a fellow brown skinned man👏🏾
