The high seas sales procedure allows the buyer to purchase goods while they are still in transit, before they have reached their final destination. The benefit of high seas sales is that they provide greater flexibility and opportunities for buyers to purchase goods at lower prices and resell them at a higher price once they reach their destination. The high seas sales procedure involves a series of transactions between the original seller, the buyer, and any intermediaries involved in the transaction. The original seller first sells the goods to an intermediary, who then sells the goods to the buyer while they are in transit on the high seas. The buyer takes possession of the goods once they reach their destination, and can then resell them for a profit. The main benefit of high seas sales is that they allow buyers to purchase goods at a lower price than they would be able to purchase them for once they have reached their final destination. I starting up an ecom store and a challenge that I have is that the 3PLs that I am partnered with does not offer reverse logistics for product returns. I have asked other 3PLs, and they seem to have the same MO. I’m currently thinking that I probably would need to rent a s reverse logistics location to inspect the return and then to send it back to my 3PL for restocking. How would you setup a reverse logistics chain for returns with this type of constraint?
