4:11 #4 is a funny one because I'm uncomfortable in my home country with how competitive and aggressive society is. I'm not a competitive person, and would far prefer a change of pace from the race life is. Plus my mom took my sister and me on three international trips and I find other cultures and places fascinating!

@@StudyinSwedenOfficial Is it really necessary to have an excellent School GPA? Cause I know that Swedish Universities choose you just based on your School GPA. I am really interested in study in Sweden, but my GPA isn’t the best, so I am trying to figure out how this affects me.

I have lived in Colombia for 6 months and I felt that 5th reason hahaha. It is what makes Colombia so nice, everyone is so warm and friendly. But I am going to Sweden in 2 months and I am really looking forward to it :)

Sweden 🇸🇪 is and will always be my favourite 😍 destination but unfortunately 😔 not for studying 📚✏ but for travelling ✈🗼 and Exploration! the Nature 🌿🍃 and the northern 🌌 lights is really exciting me too much! I am ready to experience the snowy nights and the tranquility amidst the Nature! 🤗☺

Hej Sandra! Great question. In Sweden, over 1000 programmes are offered at the Masters level, where the language of instruction is entirely in English. You can see some of these programmes here: studyinsweden.se/programmes/ There are of course many programmes which are instructed in Swedish, but if you're looking for a programme where English is the main language of instruction, you'll be happy to see there are hundreds of options! I had a question, is three year bachelor's valid for master's education in sweden. The websites doesn't mention anything specific. At one point they say 4 years bachelor is required for Indian citizens and at other point they say, hons degree of 3 year is valid. Its not specific that whether 3 year hons degree in Physics from India is valid or not, please help

Check with whatever uni is offering the masters program to you, and its requirements. Generally from what I've seen, 3 years bachelors is good enough.

I will say though, it's not necessarily easy to find a side job in cities with a lot of students, because there are so many people looking for those types of jobs, best would probably be to save up money before going here or taking a loan to pay off when you have your degree. Yes the winter is cold and dark but the summers are bright and days are long, in Kiruna in the far north almost 7 weeks between sunrise and sunset.

Perhaps for some people, yes. But for others, maybe eating out at restaurants is in fact an economical and sociable way of structuring their days and lives. In Sweden, the average person would struggle financially to be able to eat at a restaurant every day... but we do have a great culture of bringing your own matlåda (lunchbox) to work and socialising whilst having your own homemade meal! / Emma, Study in Sweden
