I have already adopted the children abroad and want to bring them to the United States. I haven't started any process with USCIS yet and I'm confused about which form to file, whether I-600 or I-600A. I'm also unsure about how to fill out these forms. Is it possible to bring a child with only I-600A approval without filing the I-600?
