You guys in the comments still living in 2019 prices.. we're talking about a kia k5 or Hyundai sonata being almost $30k new.. Integra starting at $30k is a pretty good deal, The lexus IS & Audi A4 starts at $40k

I just bought one in liquid carbon metallic with red interior. The dealer gave me what I wanted for my Accord trade and they even knocked $1000 off the MSRP. I was thrilled.

I got my Integra A-Spec w/ Tech package and it is soooo nice. A lot of reviews talk about that the car is slow, but of course that is the case if you're comparing it to the German competitors it most likely not feel as fast. However, I find my Integra to be fast enough (in Sport Mode) for safe highway merging/passing. Also, this car has no fake vents or fake exhausts, which is huge deal for me in terms of design (compared to ALL German competitors) and most other brands. After 100 miles of driving my Integra, I am very pleased I didn't go with the Mercedes c300, which would have been 15k more and I would have been concerned of the c300 breaking within the near future.

My girlfriend who doesn't drive stick would love this vehicle. Just get the CVT, red interior, white exterior Aspec with good fuel economy in Canada is very important. End of the day don't have to be super quick, practical, good on gas, and looks good seems like a very good package to me.

Type S will be sick. This car is a great affordable alternative to the A3, 230i Gran Coupe, and CLA/A Class while being significantly slower.

Tuff choice this or a civic hatch. 6sp for sure. The Acuras lift in the back is higher than in the civic. Lsd and no rear wiper. A bit more HP. Smiles for sure. Thats what sells for me. Not 0-60

Thanks for the thorough review! I’m cross-shopping this with the MK8 GTI as my next commuter. Since you own a MK7.5 GTI yourself, which one would you say offers the most value for the money. If I get the Integra it would be the highest trim since I want the 6MT.

Beautiful car imo. Just should have 6.5 or so 0-60 car to be fun and not 7+. Type S will be the one. Problem is, there are so many waiting for it, the markup will mostly likely be on par with the civic type R but I am betting it will be more.

I've been looking for the Civic Hatchback Touring..I called all Honda dealers within 5 hours of Nashville....I thought before I put my deposit down on the Civic I will check out the Integra at my Local Acura dealer...well what ya know I am getting the Integra Aspec with Tech cheaper then I can get the Civic..so all your comparisons to the Civic and the Integra is an overpriced Civic goes out the window ...also I wasn't forced to buy lojack or flashing brake light package or upholstery stain proofing or ceramic coating on the paint BS.

You forgot to mention one big selling point, it’s far more reliable than it’s competition!

If this Acura is their ‘entry level’ offering they could have done better. The 2.0 litre engine would be my first suggestion. Kudos for offering a 6 speed manual

Great review, tbh… I have no desire to get to 60 mph in 2 seconds, otherwise what’s the point, or enjoyment? How will you enjoy a car with ridiculous speed on crowed roads? Unless you’re on the one on the planet sure have at it, open road, no traffic, no one to admire the lightening speed drive you did that landed you into the ravine or vacant building 🤷‍♀️. Just sayin slow down and enjoy the smell of the roses as you cruise with this beautiful looking CVT, it just too road packed for the 6 manual. Long gone are open roads. Too many people building and occupying space. Pretty soon there will be no roads to drive on, just walking space, and no need for cars. Great review though, car packs enough punch for me, the new look is enticing enough. Finally was able to enjoy review of this model and not the stick shift.

I drove the 6MT and CVT…both trims need the 2.0T engine badly…and def not worth the price tag…let alone any markup…yes the type S will prob get the 2.0T…but at what cost…the Type S should’ve been the MSRP of the A-spec….and no base model manual for those who are looking to keep cost down…I wanted this car to be fun. It just didn’t do it for me🤷🏽‍♂️

Disappointed with ambient lighting. It should be like the MDX. As a luxury brand, it should have a panoramic sunroof and a larger infotainment screen. The dashboard should be inspired from the MDX in order to create a distinctive image from the Civic.

It's nice but not $40k nice Honestly you might as well get a Civic Si, Accord 2.0T or heck, an Elantra N. I really wanted to like this but at this price point it's not great 😕

will buy one if it comes with sh-awd, 2.0T engine, 8 speed auto or manual, way over priced, the Civic is way more practical
