Thanks~ got me so excited , gonna finally get myself a B9 S4 over the next year....upgrading from my trusty little 2015 A3 1.8T with 112K miles on it which has hardly had any mechanical issues at all. Thats sick that the true stock HP is 400 on the S4 then of course easy ECU/TCU flashes and Ill be up to 500 HP.

I'll give you 5 reasons on why not to buy. But also posts tips and hints on what you can look for when shopping. 5. Looks just like an A4. Bonus points on bigger brakes, and engine and refined interior. 4. Expensive maintenance. 3. Expensive to mod (other than the normal stuff, majority of parts are rather expensive due to the AUDI badging). 2. Not as fast as other sedans in its same class. 1. Audi reliableness. HAHAHA. Overall its a great car, i've owned 2 of them, from the b8.5 to the b9. If you want the latest and greatest go b9.5 because a lot of the quirks have been fixed. Plus you get a face lift. And it now comes with a nice grill compared to the lame one. Go CPO as always, and find a prestige model. Never go base, and if you can't afford prestige get the premium plus model (middle tier). Make sure that it has a sport diff. Why? Because sport diff. Plus it always adds back to the value of the car when being resold. b9 to b9.5 you lose the flat bottomed steering wheel which i love. But this is a mod away from re adding back to the car. As long as you maintain her I don't see as to why it wouldn't last. Rear main seals do go on these engines. So make sure you get a CPO or at least an audi warranty. Trust me, 2k warranty vs 6k oil seal job one time. No lie though, you did hit all the good points spot on. It was that or a civic type r or an sti, I just couldnt see myself being as old as I am (not old), but still i didnt want to whip a hot wheels car around.
