Hello, I am new to freezer meals. Really learned a lot from your KZfaq channel. Unfortunately most of the products you mention are not available in my country, Sri Lanka. So I improvise. I realized that you two love spicy food. You should include some Sri Lankan recipes which are a little bit onto the spicy side. Our dishes are different from Indian and Thai although there are similarities. Looking forward to see some Sri Lankan freezer meals in the future. By the way, I love and enjoy your banter.😊

Thank you so much! I’m really glad you found our channel and are adapting some of the recipes by using ingredients that you can find. I will have to research Sri Lankan recipes because it sounds like we would enjoy them.

The Philly chicken sandwiches are the very first recipe I made when I joined the club. So, so good. I make them in my electric pressure cooker and they are so easy.

My husband has what would probably be most appropriately called an intolerance to coconut. Some parts of the coconut (not coconut water or coconut oil, but coconut milk, cream or the flesh itself) will give him terrible intestinal distress. I learned this the first time I took him to a Thai restaurant and he was sick for two days afterwards. I realized that like everything we'd eaten that night had coconut in it. So now I save my Thai food take-out nights for times when he's out of town.

I've heard that extreme dislikes can sometimes indicate an intolerance or develop into an allergy! Your poor husband! I don't think I've eaten enough to ever make me sick but I know that I could never be a contestant on Survivor!

The hard dates are good for sugar substitute for folks who don't want to eat cane sugar. grind them up in the food processor.

@@FreezerMeals101 Soak them in boiling water before blending or putting into a food processor to make date paste:) Also easier on your motor:) Also freezer your date paste in ice cube trays for easy addition to smoothies the day of or to freezer smoothie bags.

Hiya- How fun for your family member to move to Australia!! Im kinda biased as I already live in Queensland :p Remind them to pack and use suncream lol our sun hits a bit different. They will love the Gold Coast! There is great transport available to explore and Brissy is only an hour or so away and not to mention the theme parks ( probably not as exciting as USA theme parks but still fun} How wonderful you're learning a new skill to make a heart felt gift!! Im sure they will treasure it

She's very excited to be there and we're super happy for her. My brother and his wife spent a bit of time touring around with her before leaving her to get settled in. I will wait to see what items she's missing from Canada that you can't get in Oz and then I'll make a care package for her and send the bag along with that. They've had a wonderful trip so far! ❤️

Nice! You guys give me some really great ideas for FMs to try! I love that. I like Coconut, Spicy Foods, Olives... I really like trying New Ideas. And sometimes I like to try Recipes with different brands of star ingredients, just to see what I like best. Am I a Food Snob? LOL I like food. I love FMs! Peace.

I bought mine on Amazon. Many of the ladies bought the "landlady costume" from Amazon. It comes with your choice of kaftan and gaudy jewelry and includes a wig. Even though it's got the generic name, it's pretty obvious that it's intended to be Mrs. Roper. I'm always amazed that not one of us have the same kaftan! Just go through the reviews. I'm 5' 8" and have lots of room. I find that the caftans I've seen in person are sized generously. I hope that helps!

Yes we do! We have a Low Carb filter which currently has 109 recipes (we add more each month) or you can type the word “keto” into the keyword filter to get recipes that are full keto.
