4 жыл бұрынBefore I get into the video i just wanted to say thank you to all of you who have supported my channel! I'm up to over a thousand subs ang getting closer to monitization. I'm wanting this to help with my families goal to buy a home for us to grow in so its something i'm really aiming for.
( A small clip in this video contains some strong language with graffiti)
In this video I give you a tour of a ghost town called Golden in southern Oregon. Stay tuned to the end of the video where my friend Ed has the find of a lifetime. (5 seated liberty quarters in a small area!) Your not going to want to miss it!)

Go up King Mountain there’s some old minds and you might want to check out the Martha mine I don’t know if it’s still open or not but check it out it’s been a while since I’ve been up there and there is this giant cave crickets and a dynamite room in it

No problem but ima say this if u plan on going to the rangers station the fire watch at the top of the mountain with the radio tower don’t take a 2 wheel drive truck u need 4wheel drive that far unless you park at what we called the rock garden with all the giant boulders laid out and kind of a road shaped pattern that is the best place to park and then go up on the Martha mine is further down the mountain towards the start on coyote Creek once you end up going past the horse ranch keep going straight up the mountain and then you should end up seeing a road on your left big wide open I forgot exactly how to get there but you got somewhere up that way and takes you towards Martha mine

Now that is Golden, I used to live just down the hill toward wolf creek. The hole area was hydraulically mined, but a bit up the road on the right side there are a few really cool hard rock mine and camps that you may want to check out.

@@DirtBandit I found a spill of 33 wheat pennies in one hole, but that is nothing compared to finding a seated half, I have yet to find on. I have found Kennedy halves, but they just don't do it for me. 50 cents, which is gas money. I want the silver and the older the better. Keep on sending videos and letting us share the Glory with you.

I didn't detect this spot as it is a state park. The last clip was of a friend of mine finding them in one of his spots, pretty awesome

No, those were clips of my buddy finding them in jacksonville a bit ago.

Illegal to detect there. Not sure if you are aware.

Actually you need a permit to do so as indicated on the sign at the town site as it is a state park but its unlikely they would allow it. If you are referring to the coins found they were found at a different location.
