These shorts you’ve been putting out recently are SO HELPFUL. I just moved up from dumbbell to barbell bench presses and this was exactly what I needed.

The push ups set up was just what i needed. Ive always avoided push ups due to pain from prior wrist injuries but now i think i know the proper positioning ❤ thanks Meg!

Deadlift socks exist specifically because you should be scraping the bar up your shins. The further out in front of you the weight is the more of a weak position you're in.

1000%, her deadlift tip is silly
@waldowaggins3 ай бұрын
@@BrandonFrederick27her deadlift tip is fine if you don’t lift a ton of weight. A lot of people she is targeting are new lifters. If I am only pulling 225 or less than I don’t scrape my shins. As soon as you start lifting those heavier numbers. Scrape city baby!
@BrandonFrederick273 ай бұрын
@@waldowaggins That's silly. Good form is good form.
@waldowaggins3 ай бұрын
@@BrandonFrederick27 scraping your shins is not the most concerning form consideration during deadlifts. You don’t require it, especially for lighter weight. I guarantee that.

For Push ups i disagree... yes for curing akwardness and uncomfortableness u are likely going too wide or too narrow to handle however there isnt one way to do it, i'd say go as wide as u can comfrotably if u wanna grow chest rather than 'just do it this way' ("the nips" which aint as great if i wanna grow chest). Wide (specifically your example) can be more conductive to stimulating the chest if u tryna grow the chest, taking away more tension away from the tricep, i always take a wider placement to focus on the chest more when doing elevated weighted push ups.
