My eyes are too dark to check if I can dilate them. Never seen my pupils before, and probably never will.

Maybe you just have black eyes... it is rare but possible. The way I checked my eye colour was to shine a flashlight on my eye 😅 My eyes turned out to be really dark brown that it appears black 😕

I couldn't understand why it hurts a lot when you bite your tongue accidentally but it doesn't hurt when you bite it intentionally, and what I couldn't understand most is why you're biting your tongue right now ?!

When you bite your tongue intentionally you don't actually want to hurt yourself. Or, at least your brain doesn't want you to so it'll hold you back whether you like it or not. Unintentionally, your brain is caught off guard and you're trying to hurt whatever you're bitting so you'll bite harder.

well if you arent trying to bite your tounge you probably are just chewing a long with full force but when you intentionally do it your body doesnt want to hurt it self so it weakens the force, truthfully idk but lets just go with that

When you purposefully bite your tongue don't you feel your tongue is kinda stiffened up? It's because you don't actually want to hurt yourself so you prep your mouth to make sure it doesn't hurt.

I do use the tragus, actually. Though, I've tried plugging my ears with *_moist_* towelettes before, and they block sound much better than just with that little stub on your ear...

I hate sneezing in public so I always stop a sneeze. I do it the way they do in this video but I can also do it by putting my finger under my nostrils (kind of like you're making a moustache with your finger). I learned that from either Lizzie McGuire or Even Stevens! I'm pretty sure it was Lizzie McGuire.

This one actually works. You don't need to use just sunlight though. When you feel a sneeze coming on, just look up at the brightest light around you. This can be a your rooms light bulb or anything. Trust me, once you do it, you will sneeze.

To stop a sneeze, a much easier way is to hold your forefinger on your nostrils horizontally. Works for me.

What I do to get rid of hiccups is to hold my breath for as long as I can, then I slowly release. It works every time.

I had hiccups for two straight days to the point where I wanted to go to the ER, but seen the water method and it worked but in a different way. Fill up a glass of water, to the top, set it at the edge of the dinner table and stand straight put your hands on your back(similar to getting arrested type) and lean forward and drink from the glass without touching it, only use your mouth. It works 99% of the time.

I've always found looking up to be helpful when trying not to cry. Just one tip: if you look down you will cry more.

Another way to hold back a sneeze (and this is also probably a bit safer) is to think of mayonnaise when you feel the urge coming. I know this sounds incredibly weird but I swear to god it works!!!!
