do you ever feel overwhelmed just by LOOKING at the state of your room? because that's me sometimes, and it honestly stresses me out. but that's why i'm here to show you how to DECLUTTER your life so that you can have peace of mind and a clean environment 🌱
1. donate clothes: give away clothes you aren't wearing anymore. my rule of them is that if i haven't worn something in the past 6 months, i'm donating it.
2. deep clean your drawers: go through everything in your drawers and sort through stuff you don't need anymore, trash, and supplies/products. don't forget to actually vacuum and wipe down the inside of the drawers!
3. clean your devices: give your phone, laptop, iPad, etc a bath. so much bacteria can collect on these items, so make sure you clean them regularly!
4. organize your digital space: digital clutter is a real thing, so make sure you go through all your files and downloads and figure out what you can throw away or categorize in folders.
5. organize your schedule: use a calendar, planner, or productivity software to organize and stay on top of your to-do's. keeping it all in your brain just takes up mental space!
