4 ай бұрынHi everyone! this is everything I eat in a week for HEALTHY and GLOWING skin! While I am not perfect by any means, I try my best to feed my body nourishing and satisfying things so that I look and feel my best 🤍
As you can tell from the video, I LOVE eating a big breakfast haha. I also like to eat a variety of foods throughout the day and week, so I hope you guys find this interesting and inspiring to switch up your routine. (I also realized while editing this that I wear the same clothes in like every clip, but I swear I filmed this on different days HAHA).
This was super fun to film and I definitely want to do more What I Eat in a Day/Week's, so let me know if you want me to do more! 🌷
