1) Journeling 2)Be conscious abt type of content you consume 3) Meditate before sleeping. -Power of subconscious mind: Book Don't regret choices you have done before sleep. 4)Started affirmation agains. Avoid unnecessary conversations. Don't crib abt negative things

Mam aapsa or kuch bhi puchna h , aasa kyu hota h mam ki Jsa Monday Tuesday ko mera test h or kuch bhi tyari nhi h ,kuch bhi mtlb kuch bhi nhi. Or Saturday ko acha mood sa ya decide Kiya gya ki , aaj aaj m ak subject ka to kr kar hi deta h, dusra subject ka Sunday ko kr langa. But mam ya decide hi hua, kuch kaam hua nhi . Aap please kuch samjaia❤️

So relatable i was also not productive 3-4 days back... after that most of the time i read and say positive affirmation and even talk with a friend who doesn't judge me instead help me out. Now i understand the power of words and affirmation it really change the way i think and bring my confidence back.

For the past few months I was not able to sleep properly coz every night I overthink and sees a bad dream which spoils my day. But since Feb end i have been meditating, just 15 mins before bed . Now I'm able to sleep peacefully without much dreams or anything. After meditating my mind becomes so calm i don't think of anything but just sleeps. This has made my day more productive than ever...thanks neha di

I can't even really organize my thoughts in my brain and i have exam still i just cry and feel negative plus kept thinking about my cousins and kept comparing my life with them tbh my success became mod of revenge i hate them and tbh this hatred killing me inside! Di, happy 😊 to see you again happy & fantastic. Yes! Maine bi jb "The Secret " movie dekhi, book padhi, sath hi sath follow bi krta gaya jitna ho skta tha. Affirmations shuru kiye, 15-20 din bahut shandaar gaye... i was feeling very happy, light & more productive. I was meditating too....3 Minute meditation ( a video by Ashish Arora Sir).........sone se just pahle 100 to 0 reverse counting krni hoti h. Isse aap ek deep sleep 😴 le pate h. Lekin dheere dheere meri affirmations ki aadat daily ki uljhano me ulajh gayi aur choot gayi aur mobile screen ne bedtime meditationle liya. Un dino maine observe kiya ki mai kaafi messed rahne laga hu,overthinking h, cribbing h. Tab yh samjh aaya ki.......ki yr in sb cheezon pr check rakhna padega, kabhi zyada ache se, kabhi thoda kam ache se, lekin affirmations, bedtime meditation karo zaroor. Thanks for the love di. I was so exhausted from the last few months coz before that i was like ki ab sab acha ho rha h to aage bh acha hoga but in between I don't know how I started cribbing n all N yesterday this video popped into my youtube n just realised....I stopped doing the things i used to do as u said in this video. And meditating decreases metabolism at the level which even while we sleep it doesn't fall. Basically meditating for a long time reduces ur sleeping quota as u don't need rest/sleep. Body needs.

Insightful and inspiring content.. Generally hum apne followers ko inspire krte hain ki wo kabhi divert nahi ho paye apne goal se .. par hmari situations kabhi ek jaisa nahi hota .. Hum chahte hain Krna bahut kuch par halat favourable ni hota .. Par fir bhi man nahi manta ki chor de sab kuch.. lekin aesa nahi h kyoki kuch changes hone ke pahle kuch disturbing condition aa sakta h . Par jaruri nhi hum usse ghbra Jaye.. bas apna best Dena h .. Aur journalising bhaut jaruri hai apne situations aur plan ko.. Even after writing down my anxiety, fear nd worry , I am not able to have a control over that however I know , not necessarily its gonna come true. This is tym when we need medication nd professional help. This is the most painful feeling one could ever hav.
