Clever use of vertical space. Most likely kasi surrounded na ng greenery kaya wala nang garden/yard space. I've seen houses with bigger lot areas na hindi masyado utilized ang space but not this house.

The 5th floor not only the top floor, is my favorite place because of the combination of kitchen and LARGE HOME THEATER ROOM and could be used for other types of entertainment then beside it is a terrace. That is an excellent view for me. This is the room I want to have in my future house!

is there an elevator access on the 5th? just imagine if you have some lady guests going up to that “entertainment hall” thru that spiral staircase and they’re wearing heels n skirts, it’s kinda akward! or maybe Bien just forgot to show that elevator access, if there’s one!.. 😊 also, there’s no pool! ☹️ but still a good tour Bien 👍🏼👍🏼 btw.. @22:02 it’s called CANOPY or AWNING Bien.. 😊
