Hi I have one, I am 53 year old, 5,10 and love those mid controls now, rinding this bike is awesome, those mid controls allow to turn so fast and smoth. But you right was the very first thing I thought about change when I first ride the beast ! Not anymore 😂

I have one . Your spot on about the mid controls and kickstand and the display and no LED's. They should have put taller risers on it from factory . The radio sucks being Bluetooth and having to control with your phone, it should be more user friendly with buttons and knobs hand controls with a am/fm tuner. Just my two cents worth

I put an HD Tall Boy seat and a taller windshield on before I picked it up. The seat helps the riding position a lot. Overall, it's a fun bike to ride.

Got a 2024 im 6 ft Love it! I notice at high speed the bike vibrates 3500 rpm @ And its like your riding the rev limiter

Sometimes I think it’s a great looking bike,, other times I couldn’t be bothered even noticing it,,, I’ll stick with my Street Glide,,, if you can’t walk away, and turn around 5 times looking at your bike,,, you probably bought the wrong one,,, great review as always 👍🏻

The evil quick stand of Sportster 1200 and Softail I hate them so much almost got me out of Harley. Dropped my expensive Harley on parking 3 times because of that quick stand. Result bend shifter shaft and destroyed my left bag 😒. I did repaired them both my self lucky enough. no damage is visible anymore. Now I learned my lesson, 1. when parked pull the front brake. 2. push the quick stand as far as you can get it. 3. Slowly lean the bike on the quick stand with the foot on the quick stand all time. The quick stand have tendency to move back as soon the bike start leaning, so be carful. Harley thank you !

The 1998 digital display, halogen bulbs, and lack of passenger pegs make me refuse to pay 22K (plus dealer markups) for this. I want an ST bad but not at 25K+ when every other manufacturer is beating them in basically every aspect. You could get 2 very different bikes for that price, albeit without the bar and shield, both faster with more tech and LED bulbs/projectors. They either need to come to this decade or plan on making lawnmowers in the next one.

Im on the fence about buying. The one i test rode, that was my only complaint. Got a quote for forward controls as soon as we got back.

I'm a FXR owner but my neighbor has a new ST the foot controls are farther forward than an FXR the only problems I have is the rear brake sucks & the suspension front & rear is kinda soft for my liking however I felt right at home on it within 10 minutes ! Oh yeah the engine in order to make it last is going to take a couple grand to make it right !

I am 50 now so the Low Rider doesn’t appeal to me as much as the Road Glide Limited but thanks for the video. And I really like that hat.

I have one. It’s a fun bike, but it needs quite a bit more power to be the bike I want it to be. It does need different bars to make it comfortable. The stock seat is pure garbage too. It’s pretty over priced for what you get. The suspension needs improvement t and the brake rotars are junk. Warp quickly and easily. The stock 117 is NOT a monster. Please stop repeating that BS. It’s only a monster if all you’ve ridden are Harley’s all your life. The bike should have come stock with a 131 and even then it would still need work to let it breath due to EPA BS.

As the owner of a 1984 FXRT, a 1986 FXRD and currently a FXRT/RLE this new FXLRST is a disappointment. No floorboards, passenger accommodations, engine guard, stereo, too short windshield and the pegs that are there are too high. Yes, the bike performs great but, with everything that’s missing, it’s a no go for me. Come on Harley, you can, and did do better. Oh yeah, I also have a 2019 Heritage, WTF is with the Softail side stands? They went from the best in the industry to this POS!
