I think the USA can learn alot of things, from other countries, like restaurants paying their servers minimum wage. They deserve it, its a job none the less. YO HAIR IS POPPIN! i love it! what is the name of the ending song! its lovely?

Some restaurants in America actually want you to tip up to 30%. When I'm in America I never eat out because of this. I've been ruined by foreign countries that actually pay waiters a living wage.

You need to come to Ktown in Los Angeles. My friend who lived in Korea for a year moved back and decided to live in Ktown even though his job was in Long Beach. He loved being within walking distance to all things Korean - food, markets, speaking Korean, etc. Ppl in Ktown would love you speaking Korean. 안녕 from LA! ^_^

Your cat seems happy you're in the blue room; love that tail at 8:22. Don't instagram so missed a lot. Please use your Korean words as often as you can. I miss speaking Mandarin when I moved here and sometimes it's just a comfort to say a phrase and remember the time.

Hi! I stumbled on your youtube channel and I must say you're very inspiring:). I have a few questions about your experience coming back home from Korea. 1.) How have you adjusted to culture shock? 2.) How are you dealing with trying to find a job? 3.) How has your teaching experience helped you in interviews? 4.) Do you have any advice for people who aren't sure about teaching abroad for the fear of not being able to find a job after teaching? I've always had the interest of teaching abroad, but much like you, I don't want teaching to be my life long career. I'm a writer and would love to be a copywriter. I just need a change and I think doing something like teaching will help me figure things out in my career goals. Thank you for your time and response! Thanks!

Jupiter Universe me too! But my family hates Korea and doesn’t even want me to visit. What’s even worse is that they want me to stay in the country! Sadly I don’t know what to do but honestly I’m doing my research and if you feel like going there just do it!

Honestly, I’ve never seen foreigners living permanently in Korea unless they’re married to Koreans. Well, there should be, I believe, but probably not many. In my opinion, Korea is ideal for short-term work. Also, fitting into Korean society, especially for those who look different than them and can barely speak their language, is pretty hard. But be it short stay or long stay, understanding and speaking fluent Korean always help, A LOT.

i've been back from Korea for a little over 3 months and i'm still having reverse culture shock hahah I was only there for 4 months but i miss all these things as well! I really miss being able to speak korean more as well :( it helped me learn but it's so hard to not say Korean sayings/words in every day conversation xD but i connect so much with missing friends. i made some amazing friends while studying abroad and it's been so hard not seeing them everyday like i had for 4 months :( the only great thing about this sad situation is that i can see them in their home state/country which is nice for a traveler :'D
