All this is very true....I can add one more point from my experience....while taking delivery I was informed that my car would take another 1 month of time, but i didn't agree and called Customer care. To my surprise they were willing to give delivery in 2 days. When i did pre-inspection of car i soon realized that it was a old car ( in terms of make) and i refused. Please take care and do not push for aggressive dates else they will try to make do with anything lying around

Always take delivery in broad day light... avoid evening delivery... if dealer is giving delivery in evening its highly probable its a repaired vehicle....

Awesome video. One problem with pdi before delivery date is that cars are kept in stock yard & are dusty. It is difficult to identify the painting inconsistencies. The pdi on delivery date before delivery will be an option. Rejection of the car is difficult at this stage but surely opens up option for last minute discounts before billing settlement.

Dost for last days, I have been following your vlog as I'm planning to buy a Hatchback. Honestly your constant push made me think about a Tata car and in a way you are right - These cars are value for money. But my apprehension is all about the dealership and after sales experiences you share. They scare me. Honestly, it has already started. Just to share - I simply asked them to give me the break up of all the price and charges they were asking for. Probably nobody has ever asked them before... And they were just blank faced, calling from one person to another - And yet didn't give me the break up. Please guide me should I actually go for a Tata Car or what should be my line of action. Meri tigor me front disc brake mein unexpectedly rust laga mila. Maine unko uss samay bola bhi but they acted smartly. 5-6 vehicles basement mein rusted wali khadi hongi pehle se hi, so they say ki dhekhiye sir, sab mein same chez hai, yeh manufacture se hi aisa aaya hai, its some kind of paint or polish. We trusted them, aur aaj I inspected in details, then its cleared ki rust hai. Yeh kuch showroom k basement mein monsoon mein paani baarney ki wajah se hua hai shayad, gaadiyaan 1-2 feet water mein atleast 7-8 days khadi rahi hogi, dats y this rust things happens. 15 Oct ko delivery hui thi humari TATA Tigor xz petrol variant. Aaj ensure hua ki rust hai. Upar se Ravi bhai.. abhi mileage bhi mjhe 9-10 kmpl ka mil raha hai only?

Thanks for the wonderful video !! Ek baat puchna hain.. Agar gaadi mein minor scratches aati hain, to kya hum dealer se full surface repaint karne par paint quality kharab hoti hain? Matlab, original paint aur dealer repainting mein kya quality ka difference hoti hain? To, minor scratches ke liye hume repainting avoid karna chahiye??

Sir, maine TATA TIAGO 30th December ko one shot payment karke 1.10 lakhs (70,000 regular+40 additional) ke discount ke saath book karayi thi. To aaj 5th January ko me delivery lene gya to mujhe 108 kms odo vaali car pakda di ye bolkar ki ye transit ka (from my local city to another city's dealer) itna distance hota hai kyonki aapki car trailer me nahi balki by road chalake laaye hai. Woh infotainment system mese paired bluetooth device ko delete karke sab reset kar raha tha tab mene puchha ki itne saare phones (4) kisne pair kiye to bola kal bohot log car dekhne aye the to unko Harman speaker ki quality suna rahe the. Engine me bhi aaj ghar leja vakt 3 baar false gear hua. Aur engine noise bhi kaafi aa rahi hai. Accessories me mujhe bolatha pehle ki seat covers and mud flaps as accessories aayenge aur ab keh raha hai ki uski to kuchh baat hi nai huyi thi ! Aur haan, jab me 30th ko gaya tha, tab car available nai thi, to usne muze lower variant ki test drive di thi "13" km ki, ye kehkar ki "aaj aapki vaali car stock me available nai hai aur dairect 4th January ko hi aayengi", Aur aaj jab mene car chalayi apni, muze andar se nayi car ki odour hi nai aa rahi thi. Sir kya me is madarjaat dealer ko court ghasid le jayu ? Saari hegdi baahar aa jayegi. Customer ko deceit karta hai saala !

Thanks brother for an informative video.. I my case I have booked Ecosport (P) and made full payment because dealer suggested to do so since I'll be taking delivery on the 1st day of 2021 else new rates will be applicable.. Now dealer is asking to take the car which is standing in showroom since this is the last car available in stock.. I have asked for PDI and mentioned to dealer to not assign vehicle in my name until I approves the PDI.. They have assured that the full amount will be refunded if car doesn't clear PDI.. So, my question is.. is it fine to take the vehicle standing in Showroom? During my visit when I started the standing vehicle, I can feel the vibration on Gear Lever to which SA suggested this is normal -- does Ecosport (Petrol) has vibrations inside cabin?

True that man, our experience with tata is very bad. My parents bought tata indigo few years back. Due to less knowledge, they bought it without any inspection and right now when I went to get it valued for exchange I cam to know that the whole driver side door ia replaced, the valuer showed me how it was different from the other 3 doors. But now 10 years later I can't go & talk it out with dealership. Be aware guys!

Maine abhi gadi li.. yaha mumbai mey to full payment ho jane k baad gadi apne naam pe resister hoti hai. Uske baad delivery.. to agar kuch problem hui gadi mey to gadi already mere naam se resister ho chuki hai and full payment bhi ho chuka hai... Aise mey kya kare?

Car ke odometer ko dealers kai bar disable kar dete hain, isliye kms check karke hamesha pata nahi kiya ja sakta. Is sal january 2018 me Hyundai ki ek unsold car ka accident hua tha, jo raipur wala dealer apne bastar branch transfer kar rha tha, aur car ke odometer me kms zero rahe, isliye us car ke odometer ko disable kar diya gya tha, isliye car ki speed bhi dikh nahi rahi thi, aur us car ka accident ho gya.

Sir ji mere sath tata walo ne ese hi kiya indigo li thi 2017 me but wo 2016 ki nikli aur battery bhi salo ne badal di thi booklet me whitener laga diya tha. 5 month me kharab ho gyi. Badi mushkil se replace kiya. Ab exchange ka laalach dete hai. Aur kabad ka bhav lagate hai.

Sir ye video maine pehle nhi dekhi thi..mai 9th august ko alto k10 vxi top model liya h or mai in mamlo me kafi kacha hu..or mai jinke sath gya tha wo sab v utna knowlwdge nhi rkhte the in mamlo me bas wo log mujhse jyada jante the..bas isi biswas ke sath ki wo log sahi dekhenge mai sath le gya or patna reeshav Automobile se maine purshcase kar li..apki baat sunne ke baad mai likhne pr majboor ho gya hu isliy likh rha hu..sir mai pehle gari ki booking amount bhar diya or fir 4 lakh and then after rest amount v bhar diya fir gari ki deliver 4-5 din me dene ki showroom wale ne baat kahi but gari ki delivery lete waqt mujhe gari thori purani lagi but mai inspection krne ke mamle me kacha hu isliy kuch bol nhi paya mujhe laga ki polish nhi mara hoga shyad isliy aisa lag rha but polish marwane ke baad v jyada farq nhi para..sir ab to mai gari le liya or ab apki video dekh ke afsos kr rha hu ki shyad mai ye pehle dekh pata to mai v chek krta jo apne krne ko kha..ab koi upay bataiye sir ki mai kaise chek kru taki sahi chek kr paau or agr koi fault hota hai to complane v kru otherwise satisfy ho jau..please sir reply me soon🙏

Trust is everything, I know Dealer ship people cheat manytimes. Par agar aap delivery lene se pehle bhi cancel kar sakte hai, Par aap bharosa karo to samne wala bhi aapko support karega.
