I have mine in the bathroom. She does have brown tips but I think it’s the water, I sometimes put her under the tap water, but most of the time I leave the water sit for a day or two.
@TylerMossop Жыл бұрын
Could be! If you let the water sit for a day or two, should solve the problem.

I wouldn't recommend leaving tap water outside due to the fact you are not aware which treatment was used chlorine or chlomine, chlorine does evaporate but chlomine on the other had chlorine part does evaporate while whats left is ammonia which is toxic to plants. Instead use a tap water conditioner for fresh water fish it removes both chlorine, chlomine and whatever else that's harmful to sensitive life

How can I prevent my clay pots from turning white ? I turn my Spider plant once a week, and I also use Miracle Grow food spikes.

how can you get your spider plant to produce babies

Keep the growing conditions as close to perfect as possible

That 'Delasperma' Spiderplant looked how I felt on removing my undergarments when I went to bed last night. I had a humongous SP in my more youthful life that was positively dripping with babies. It was like having your private black market in SP babies once per year when I would release a few so as not to flood the market 🙃 Do you have a video on Hawaiian palms - the smaller, coconut-free type?
@TylerMossop Жыл бұрын
No video on those palms (yet?!) …not sure how well those would do in Boston … 🥺

@Tyler Mossop well, in Gardenstown, Scotland (Google me, quite beautiful) it will do well, I hope. It just arrived this morning as I was marking out where to hang my hammock because da plants are invading.

I want too take my spider plant and place it in styrofoam mannequin head.How much depth do I need for the roots too grow and should I place it a container or can I grow it inside the styrofoam. I was going too add a centre hole too allow drainage.. Lolli

Can I use distilled water to water my spider plants?
@TylerMossop10 ай бұрын
Why distilled, plants can use the nutrients in water.
