Wash first. You don’t need to wash your face more than once a day. The more you do the more you strip your skin of your own skins natural oils.

Yes you can use oils after applying the led mask but not before only after and since you normally is oils on your skin routine make sure you wash your face well w your normal face soup to be sure to remove any lingering oils from the skin because the oils can prevent the light to penetrating the skin. So make sure to wash face well before led but you can use oil after no problem 😊 👍

@@SandraB1000 Hi you're welcome. i don't personally wash the green tea off. I just add my regular skincare routine on top of it like my serum or a moisturizer. I actually use green tea normally as a toner. Good questions. LED should always go before microcurrent. But as far as Radio frequency you can use your LED after Radio Frequency because it helps to calm any redness and also amplify the results of RF if LED it's done after. However if you use both LED, microcurrent and RF than I would either alternate according to each tool instructions for example One day do LED and microcurrent and one day do RF followed by microcurrent. Or if you only use them 1x a week do Radio Frequence, Followed by LED and finish with microcurrent. Microcurrent should always be last of any routine. But also always follow each tools instructions. I will probably do a video and also live videos showing my skin routine with tools in the near future as well. So keep an eye on it.

Usually no warmth but if you're using it on the highest/brightest setting for 45+ minutes, then put a box fan near you, especially near the remote. I do this every time now and the remote box never gets too hot (people never talk about this but you have to keep the remote cool or your expensive LED mask will be useless once that stops working) and I never feel any real warmth from the mask itself, maybe a 2 or 3 out of 10 on a scale of heat.. Get it girl! The best thing I've ever done!

A good quality led mask shouldn’t produce any heat, I have hyperpigmentation and have not bought any yet still researching the best one to use

Red light therapy doesn't cause hyperpigmentation, it's the blue light one that does.

The lights you've mentioned are also helpful with skin brightening in general but Green LED light is better known for helping with hyper-pigmentation and freckles specifically. But I've also had great results with sun damage spots with red light as well. So depending on the type of freckles you have you may want to alternate between RED LIGHT and GREEN LIGHT. There are great options in the market today for all budgets. The ADURO LED face mask does offer all these colors so it may be a good option for you. I will do a full review on the ADURO LED MASK soon but in the mean time I think it's great options if you are looking into combining different light colors to get the best results.

It's best to use the Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant the NIGHT BEFORE instead of right before because BHA liquid is a stronger acid and even if you wash it off it will be already absorbed by your skin and it could cause irritation if followed with LED light in the same day but you could use it the night before just to be safe. The Amorepacific has all natural acids and foams up and washes off completely as opposed to be absorbed by the skin like a liquid exfoliant. So I've never had any problems using right before but you don't have to use this one specifically. You can use any good gentle exfoliant before or the night before. just stay away from liquid acids if you use it on the same days right after because it could case irritation if followed with LED lights.

Hi I will fore sure make a video about incorporating many tools together. But here is some info. This will also depend on your skin needs and the tools that you use but in general... NIRA LASER: in general I love using NIRA laser on eye area daily at least once a day (when i'm not testing other tools) You can use NIRA Before RF, before Microcurrent and before any LED Masks. As far as Radio Frequency.... You can use RF before any tool and you can either follow Radio Frequency tools with LED Light Masks to help increase the effects of Radio Frequency collagen production as well as help with any redness from the RF. You can also use Microcurrent tools after RF to get an even better lift since RF helps to warm the muscles. LED Light therapy. ...LED Light therapy its also great after RF, and any microneedling because it helps the skin to heal. You can also use LED mask before Microcurrent as well to also help warm up the muscle and using microcurrent after LED MASk will give you a better lift. In general Microcurrent it's always last. Microcurrent...depends on the microcurrent tool you use but in general after you reach maintance mode you often use microcurrent 2x times a week but depends on the tool instructions. But as far as order. Microcurrent always come last of any tools since you cant to keep the muscle lift as the last step. As far as microneedling. you have to be pay attention to what depth you use. And you cannot do RF or Microcurrent after microneedling because it will cause irritation. So no RF and no Microcurrent on days you microneedle. You can however use an LED mask after micronedling to help with healing. This is the general order of tools but depending on what is your skin needs you may alternate days using each tool. You don't usually do all of them daily. So the routine will depend on age and skin needs but this is the normal order of usuage. Hope this helps but i will for sure make a video about this to help understand better. Also make sure to read each tool usage I'm giving here info on the general modalities. As far as how I use all together I often alternate but also depends on what tools i'm currently testing... for example right now i'm only using the LUMO on face and neck to test it an I started using the VENUS on eye area to test it. So as far as my routine really depends on what I am currently testing. Because when i test a device I don't combine other tools to make sure I can give an accurate review of the tool i'm reviewing. Hi yes it should be fine. Just make sure to use the mask on a fully cleanse face free of any creams but should be fine to use retinol after you use the mask.

Thanks. It depends on what device you get. Each device has its own usage according to the features. but usually with most home Led therapy face masks you start at least 5x a week for 1 month and than you got to maintenance mode 2x a week. But again read the instructions of each device because it can vary by device.

Hi the best way to use red light w microneedling is to use after you microneedle because it will help heal and improve the collage induction from the microneedle.

Hi This is an LED Face mask which is different than a regular face mask. Led Face masks uses lights to penetrate deep into the skin layer to help with acne, wrinkles and many other skin benefits. It does not replace a regular face mask because this is not hydrating and also face masks have different ingredients that also benefit skin. Hi yes you can just make sure it's just pure rose water and that there are no oils in the ingredients list because oils create a barrier and led lights can not penetrate skin if there are oils but if it's just water should be fine.

No you cannot use them before the led mask because those ingredients before led mask can cause irritation. But you can use it after using the mask.

Hi you don't need to exfoliate every time you use it. Just once a week exfoliation should be fine according to your skin needs. Or even 2x a month exfoliating depending on what type of exfoliation you use. Over exfoliation it's actually not good. So just do the normal exfoliation to keep the dead skin away. Just make sure to not exfoliate w acids before you do the mask. You can do the day before.. let me know if you have any other questions

If you do a deeper Exfoliation once a week should be fine. Since you use baking soda to exfoliate it's not good to use Baking soda more than once a week to not mess the ph of the skin. So once a week should be fine or as needed.

Hi you can use either morning or night. Really depends on your schedule. The benefits of using RED Light Therapy in the morning before makeup and sunblock is that it does help to give extra sun protection if you will be outside. Otherwise just choose the best time that works for your schedule so you can be consistent using. Because the most important thing is to use it consistently.

Hi I feel the Aduro mask its the most complete mask I currently own because it has 11 powerfull settings to choose so i feel the Aduro mask offers the most value for the money. however the Aduro mask treatment last 20 mins and for my schedule I personally use the Qure mask more often since it's only 3 minutes treatmenr and i feel I get the same results with a shorter treatment time. As I mentioned in the video the best way to choose an LED mask is to choose one that fits your budget and schedule. So For me currently the Qure mask fits best my schedule and I still see results. But for someone that treatment time it's not important I feel the Aduro mask has more settings.. I will do a video soon ranking all my Led Masks and I will also talk about this on the video.

If you use acids every night make sure to do the LED light therapy before you put your acids and make sure to use it on a freshly washed face and observe your skin reactions. It's often better to not use the LED lights with acids because it could increase skin sensitivity or cause some skin dryness. But to start you can try using the LED lights once a week to start and always on a freshly washed face and ALWAYS use LED lights before you put the acids. If you start getting redness than try using the LED lights only every 2 weeks. But if your skin looks normal then you can use it LED lights more often. BUT the key is to Definitely observe your skin reaction and adapt accordingly. And also make sure to add more moisturizers to your routine since the combination of using nightly acids and LED lights could cause some skin dryness.

Hi there are a lot of counter-fit LED masks in the market so please be careful. The quality of the lights do matter and there are companies just putting regular lights on their mask and selling as LED therapy lights. So always best to purchase from a reputable company otherwise you may not see any results and if its is regular lights can damage the skin being super close to the skin. So make sure to research the company and read their real customers reviews before purchasing anything. I have personally bought things on Amazon and online that turned out to be fake (counterfit) products that caused me allergic reactions so now i'm EXTREMELY careful because I found out that anyone can pretty much sell anything online and even on Amazon even if it's fake so whenever i suggest any online or Amazon links are always make sure they are the original seller. So be extra careful! And a lot of times this fake companies use talk shows clips to sell their masks because they are similar looking so be extra careful to make sure it's the mask that they talked about on the Today show. And if you bought from a link from the actual Today show than maybe real and there were a lot of sales during the holidays so hard to tell. however you should be able to read review and info about it online. So that is fishy. Some of this companies even used some of my YoUTube review clips to sell their products on facebook and instagram that i didn't approve so always follow up and see if it is a real review of the product being sold. The only way to know if it's fake it's by using it. If you use it and see any redness or bad skin reactions discontinue use and return it. Because LED lights should never burn or give any bad reactions. As far as your other questions. If you have a legit LED mask w 7 colors than you can use multiple colors each day. Depending on the mask or LED light strength you may have to use it multiple times a week but you can do multiple light colors each day. It truly depends on the mask you use and the strength of the LED lights. Since Hyaluronic Acid it's clear it should be OK just make sure to read the ingredients list to be sure it's free of any other ingredients that could cause sensitivity such as BHA or AHAs. Yes you can. I don't have the Omnilux LED MASk but all silicone-based flexible LED mask should be flexible enough to use on the neck. It won't be as great of a fit as if you got the Neck mask, but yes you can do it. One time when i didn't have a panel i even used my Aduro mask on my arm for pain and worked amazing. The Aduro mask is also silicon type face mask so both are fine to use anywhere in the body as well. Maybe I will do a short on it soon. Thanks for the suggestion. Hi It varies from the mask quality of LEDs but in general they should last for many years. I have one LED MASK that is over 10 years old and still works just fine. I have many LED light masks that I have reviewed on my channel... and from all the ones I have reviewed I have never had a problem with the LED lights going bad and most of them are many years old.

Be sure your face is clean and dry when you use the mask. After, use your serum and moisturizer.

Hi You can share any of the LED masks with anyone. I often share it with my husband.

It is always best to use LED lights on a clean face and with nothing on it, but on this video I talk about products you can use with it that can even help to improve your results, but not everything is LED light friends and that is why I did this video. However when in doubt better to do your skincare after and do the LED light on a clean skin.

Hi Michy :) I often use my Qure mask when i'm short in time since it's only 5 minutes so it's great to combine with other treatments as well since it's so quick and it does work. The LED lights on the Qure mask are really powerful even for a 5 minutes treatment. But when i have more time i often use my Aduro LED mask because it has more treatment options since it has 11 setting so the Aduro is the mask that has the most variety of treatments and light colors but the treatment time is 20 minutes so i often use it when i have more time.

@@BrazilianGirlChannel I ended up ordering Omnilux mainly because they have been in existence for 20yrs and have been using Led in their clinics for awhile. I wanted to get Qure but they have only been around since 2019 so I just went with Omnilux. I'm sure they're all good and very similar

I just read the neutrogena masks were recalled in 2019 due to “theoretical” eye injury, but I have used it a few times before I knew this without issue. I do plan to cover my eyes with something from next time to be on the safe side!

Yes you can do on ears. It's OK to do anywhere In the body even hair.
