I just started my CPAP journey 2 weeks ago. The first week was awful. It was hard falling asleep. The second week was better. One morning when I woke up, I felt well rested. I am now working to get that same result. I know it will take time but I am committed to following the schedule.

The only reason why I stuck with cpap is because I use to snore as loud as a vacuum cleaner. It took 2 years to get use to it. Today I wouldn't go to sleep without it. I'm looking into inspire also i heard that there might be therapy in a pill form. I hope

I just need a mask that DOESNT need to strap around my head. So much as wearing a hat loosly gives me headaches so I never do, now I need something strapped on tight. I cant take it formore than 5 minutes
