Every stage of homeschooling has its challenges. But each stage has its blessings too! I'm sharing 5 tips that I've learned over the 10 years I've been homeschooling. These are spot on! My oldest of four is turning 15 in May and my baby will be 8 in July. That nap time tip saved my sanity when my kids were all little. Even now we still have a mandatory rest time in the afternoon. We just all still need it being together 24/7. :)

Do the field trips, even with your older ones. They'll enjoy them as well, and what better way to spend a school day with your kiddos than a fun field trip. They learn more about the things they enjoy learning about... You're doing a great job. Thank you for all your inspiration 😊

I love my nap time! I just had my last baby. So I nap with all my kiddos. We all snuggle up together and rest. I know it won’t last forever but those are our sweet moments.

I agree 100% Wish I would have taken naps or me time when my kiddos were little. So so needed to not be overwhelmed with everything.

I do quiet time for my 6, 4 and almost 2 year old and I feel guilt about it a lot-- this video helped normalize it so much! THANK YOU!

Thank you for sharing this ❤ it's so life-giving; I'm a homeschooling momma of 3 littles. My kids are 2nd grade, prek, & a 1 yr old. Permission to nap & permission to let field trips count as a school day really resonated with me. It was all so helpful!

Im finishing up my first year of homeschooling my 5 year old. I have two younger kids also . Your field trips sound so cool! Hoe do you find all those educational trips? I was calling museams and stuff yesterday to see if there are any discounts for homeschoolers or certain days of the week(but there isnt anything)

A lot of the field trips we've done have been with co-ops or groups of friends! Sometimes it really helps to have multiple mama brains working together to come up with new ideas!
