Praying for you! I homeschooled and worked part time to keep health insurance and I loved it, but it was hard sometimes. My kids are so Thankful they were homeschooled, and my grandkids are now being taught at home. Keep up the good work mama!

Perhaps being away from home while working might be a little refreshing and sharing the kids and school stuff a bit with your husband might be just what he needs to bring him a distraction from his disability and guide him to a new path of healing and normal life again. I will be praying for you guys and I do know our awesome God has got you all covered and will see you through this!!!🙏✝️❤

Not sure what state you're in, but some states offer Ed choice scholarships. Where i am at (Ohio) a family of four can make over 100,000 and still get the whole scholarship to send their children to a Christian school. Just a thought if you decide that homeschooling and working is to much.

One of my favorite verses is Psalm 118:24 because it reminds that even when I’m feeling down, depressed, anxious the Lord has given me this day and I need to remember to be grateful for that and to be joyful. This week I’m thankful to receive the good news that the mass removed from our dog’s foot was benign when the vet was almost certain it was not.

Please make sure your husband and keeps on the doctors and doesn't just accept a "long covid" diagnosis. My friend started experiencing neurological symptoms, and no doctor/specialist/hospital could/would diagnose her for almost 2 years. They kept saying it is probably long covid, but there's no definitive diagnosis for that, and no cure. In the meantime, her health continued to decline to the point where she couldn't walk or talk, and all her motor skills were greatly affected. She was finally diagnosed with central nervous system lymphoma, and is terminal. We truly believe it is a result of the virus, and no doctor wanted to or knew how to diagnose or treat it until it was too late. Please make sure your husband keeps fighting to get to the root of his illness and doesn't just accept that there's nothing else they can do.

I taught in a Christian school for 25 years. My daughters went to school at the school where I taught. It was overwhelming at times because of small paychecks, exhaustion from the job and home duties, but God got me through it all. I never regret one moment I spent doing the hard stuff. I'm praying for you and your family. You've got this because you have God to hold onto. You are really brave! God bless you.

You can do it!!! I know it's life changing for you now but it will be good for you and your family and think that it's a plus for you when your retirement aged you will be getting a better Social Security monthly benefit payment and you will be adding to a 401K. I think Homeschooling is wonderful!!! but kids need socialization with other kids and schools are prepping kids to go to college. I've heard of kids that were home schooled all thru High School and when they went to college they ended up failing. My friends grandkids were home schooled during covid and it really set them back because they didn't have the classroom setting of discipline. I think this will be good for you too. It will get you out of the house and learn something new. I'm so sorry if this offended you but god has a plan for you and everything will work out. You will be exhausted at first but then you will look forward to it and it will help with living your life and not struggle financially. God will help you!!! 😊

Hello dear lady… I was served your channel and I was really taken in by your authenticity and your situation… I too am a firm believer in Jesus Christ. I wanted to let you know that HSLDA the homeschool legal defense association give out grants for people, struggling like yourself… Actually, one of my very dearest friends is one of the lead people to give out the grants… HSLDA is a place you should look because they will help you financially with your curriculum. You have to apply and they will vet you, but this could be a way for you to be able to continue to homeschool and not have to worry about all of the curriculum coming out of your pocket. I actually homeschooled our two girls all the way, and they were ups and downs, but it was a joy altogether!

Just throwing this out there but K- 12 the school district pays for curriculum. And there are several but Kelly services is legitimate work from home the pay is decent they provide the computer and accessories you need. They have clients like Discover Cruise companies, etc they provide training and working from home is much easier time and cost wise etc🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Any questions holler ...

Sorry to hear about your husband's illness. A couple of things. In some states a family member can be paid as a caregiver... not sure if it would apply to you but might be worth checking out. Also, can your older children become tutors for the younger siblings. Your channel can move into helping other moms working as well as homeschool. Good luck in your job search.

I would recommend BJU with online videos. At least for the core subjects and maybe pick one or two to do as a family. I work full time from home and have tried many different things. I love the balance I am finding with this. You could even pair kids up if they are close on levels with videos and just order an extra workbook,

Insurance is the 100 breaker of not working vs working especially with small children. I'm super sorry. We never know when things are gonna change, but God knew, and He will provide a way. Maybe a job or maybe still being home. ❤ Praying for answers for you and your family!

I’m praying for you! I’m a homeschooling mother as well, I have had to work at times. I was able to work evenings and weekends. Just stay positive, accept that it won’t be perfect, and that’s ok! You will be able to make it work. We are stronger than we think.

I can totally relate…we were not sure for months if I would have to work. I may still have to…but am hoping I can do something from home if need be. But trying to be thrifty as possible. We have special needs kids and simply have to homeschool. But we, like you, realized we could make it work if we had to. Nights, weekends, tag teaming, we could make it work. You can do it!!! You can. And hopefully it can give you such a confidence boost too….you can do it!
