I suggest practicing wrist rolls over a bed or something soft, as you will likely have a severe tendency of dropping them (at least I do).

I do show all of my moves in regular and in slow motion for my usual tutorials on singular moves. However, this is more of an advice video and not a tutorial on a specific move. If you would like to see specific moves with regular and slow motion, check out the tutorials linked in the description.
