In Russia it is always cold and dark. Moscow in the winter could be - 25°C or - 30°C.In the Siberian part it could be - 50°C or - 55°C.The Coldest temp was - 72°C. Also here in Russia we train in the cold too. This isn't only Russia, it is : Canada, Finland, Alaska, Norway, US, Kazakhstan

England is bloody freezing especially now. Gloves are a must when freezing, one with grips on are best so ball does not slip on throw ins. 2nd deep heat here.

A solid warmup beats all of this gear. Yeah, it helps; but they only keep you warm if you're warmed up properly to begin with. Warming up also prevents cramps and tightness, which is all too common when you play in the cold regularly.
