I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. You have been the biggest motivational driving force for my selling abilities. I have never done sales in my life, the fear of cold calling held me back but after hours of watching your videos on day one of my first pitch I overcame objections, closed the deal and had the client booked on the very first call on first day and a month later I have closed many deals, often on the first call. Yes the money is a great motivator but my insatiable need to be heard along with passion, constantly finding the right angles and being creative has made me more confident and that desire to get a yes is incredibly thrilling. I searched for a sales video because I'm going to be customer facing and this is the first video that came up and this dude represents everything that everyone hates about sales. I had to fast forward like five times just to get to anything of any importance. He talked about himself what he's done his staff literally everything other than what I wanted to hear in the first however many minutes. I guarantee this dude sells because people are just tired of hearing him talk and they will buy anything from him just to shut him up
