It’s great to listen to this to keep the morale going. For those who find it difficult to follow Telugu.. sharing the short notes I’ve taken down from the above class. Hope sharing helps :) Building Self confidence : 1. Accept your faults/ defeats 2. Take inspiration from the differently abled/ challenged 3. Don't shy away - don't depended on anyone easily. If you don't start now, you'll sure be left behind. Don't under estimate yourself. If you do so , you develop inferiority complex. With that things you could accomplish easily can also look enormous. 4. Say I can do it. Never say impossible. 5. Leave fear. start the things you fear with confidence. self confidence joins steadily as part of the journey. Self confidence depletes as fear grows. Practice is the key to succeed. Leave fear and earn 'Self Confidence'. Thanks for sharing your insights Sir..!! Obliged..!!
